Meet the Team
Teague nodolski
Trainer- Fond du LacI grew up in the small town of Mayville, Wisconsin, where sports were a huge part of my life. I played football, basketball, and baseball, and through athletics I developed a passion for fitness and spending time in the gym. I always knew I wanted to be part of something bigger than myself, but I wasn't sure where that path would lead.
I attended Marian University and earned a degree in Sports and Recreation Management. After college, however, my healthy habits began to slip. I gained nearly 60 pounds and weighed 245 pounds. One day, I stepped on the scale and decided enough was enough.
I committed to making a change. I focused on strength training, improving my nutrition, and building healthier habits. Within a year, I transformed my lifestyle and lost 60 pounds, going from 245 pounds to 185 pounds through consistent training and proper nutrition.
Throughout that journey, I realized how much I enjoyed helping others and being involved in my community. I joined the Mid-Morning Kiwanis Club in Oshkosh, where we work to support and give back to local children and families. Kiwanis Club reinforced my desire to help people improve their lives. That passion ultimately led me to become a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.
As a trainer, I believe in treating every client with respect, kindness, and honesty. You will be supported every step of the way, but I will be straightforward when corrections need to be made. There is no judgement—I understand firsthand that everyone is on their own unique journey. Fitness is not one-size-fits-all, and there are many different paths to success.
My mission is to help you build confidence through proper training techniques, sound nutrition habits, and education. I will answer your questions, guide you through challenges, and help you discover a sustainable approach to fitness that you can enjoy for the rest of your life. Fitness is a lifelong journey, and I'm excited to help you succeed in yours.
